箱式氣體氮化爐

箱式氣體氮化爐生產線由箱式氣體氮化爐、真空清洗機、預氧化爐、進出料車及備料臺等設備共同組成。采用NH3+N2+CO2氮基氣氛，采用氫分析儀和PE系列氮勢控制儀進行氮勢控制。適用于對齒輪，模具等零件的氮化，氮碳共滲處理，零件外觀呈銀灰色，變形小，質量穩(wěn)定。

箱式氣體氮化爐由前室，加熱室及內部有自動推拉料機構等部分組成。每一臺箱式軟氮化爐都配有各自獨立的控制系統,包括獨立的溫度、氮勢智能控制儀、人機對話操作系統和柜內空調器等。
