可控氣氛多用爐生產(chǎn)線由多用爐、清洗機(jī)、回火爐、裝卸料小車、備料臺(tái)、升降臺(tái)等組成，根據(jù)客戶的不同要求可以配置各種類型的生產(chǎn)線。適用于何種類型復(fù)雜的零件滲碳，碳氮共滲，保護(hù)氣氛下加熱淬火，正火，退火。可實(shí)現(xiàn)滲碳后直接淬火，滲碳后緩冷，滲碳緩冷后重新加熱淬火（中冷）等不同的熱處理工藝。

Controlled atmosphere multi purpose chamber furnace plants is one of the main products of the company, has formed a series. Plants includes multi purpose chamber  furnace, washing machine, tempering furnace, loading and unloading  skip, storage station and so on. Various types of plants can be configured according to customer's requirements. The plants can be used for carburizing, carbonitriding and quenching ,normalizing, annealing under protective atmosphere. Layout of multi purpose chamber furnace plants is shown as follows: 

可控氣氛多用爐：由前室，油槽，加熱滲碳室和控制系統(tǒng)等組成，前室由油夾層冷卻，內(nèi)部有自動(dòng)推拉料機(jī)構(gòu)，雙層淬火升降臺(tái)，油槽的油循環(huán)可在工藝中設(shè)定攪拌速度，后室由輻射管(電或者燃?xì)猓蓟鑼?dǎo)軌、馬弗導(dǎo)風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，油自冷循環(huán)冷卻風(fēng)扇等組成。淬火油冷卻采用風(fēng)冷裝置，所有動(dòng)作為機(jī)械傳動(dòng)。配置西門(mén)子KP1200控制系統(tǒng)及計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。

The air-guiding muffle，the circulation fan is cooled with oil-circulating ect. Quenching oil cooling device is cooled by airm, All actions for mechanical transmission. Siemens KP1200 control system and computer control system.

本公司可提供高使用溫度為950℃和1150℃的上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)爐型，還可根據(jù)用戶需要設(shè)計(jì)制作各類非標(biāo)爐型及根據(jù)產(chǎn)品量身定做的尺寸.

The company can provide the above-mentioned standard furnace with two series: the maximum use temperature is 950 and 1150℃, also can design and manufacture non-standard furnace according to the requirements of users.
