箱式氣體氮化爐

箱式氣體氮化爐生產(chǎn)線由箱式氣體氮化爐、真空清洗機(jī)、預(yù)氧化爐、進(jìn)出料車及備料臺(tái)等設(shè)備共同組成。采用NH3+N2+CO2氮基氣氛，采用氫分析儀和PE系列氮?jiǎng)菘刂苾x進(jìn)行氮?jiǎng)菘刂?。適用于對(duì)齒輪，模具等零件的氮化，氮碳共滲處理，零件外觀呈銀灰色，變形小，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

箱式氣體氮化爐由前室，加熱室及內(nèi)部有自動(dòng)推拉料機(jī)構(gòu)等部分組成。每一臺(tái)箱式軟氮化爐都配有各自獨(dú)立的控制系統(tǒng),包括獨(dú)立的溫度、氮?jiǎng)葜悄芸刂苾x、人機(jī)對(duì)話操作系統(tǒng)和柜內(nèi)空調(diào)器等。
